Jang chooses the hospital he wishes for the surgery. The sole focus of the drama so far has been the competition in Myungwoo Hospital. The President and Prime Minister alike have been shown spending hours watching the competition go down during it unlimited amount of last rounds. Jang seemed as though he wanted Myunwoo as the hospital, but he chose one of the other hospitals the President and him were considering. Chairman Oh of Myunwoo was infuriated to hear of this. Prime Minister Jang and Chairman Oh met, and Jang explained his thought process.
He told the Chairman that he picked a hospital, but the President almost immediately turned it down. The Prime Minister wants Myunwoo Hospital as it somehow fits in with his plans. He will choose the last remaining hospital considered besides Myunwoo, and he is sure the President will turn that on down as well, ultimately leaving Myungwoo to be the one with the surgery. Jang tells the Chairman to continue with the competition, so that a winner can be decided in time for the surgery.
Prime Minister Jang has not revealed his corrupt side to anyone but his bodyguard. Even if there is a chance the bodyguard somehow told the President, it is unlikely that the President would just leave this. Jang’s plam counts on the fact that the President does not trust Jang enough to go with the hospital he chooses. The question is why the President feels that way. The President should be able to fully rely on the Prime Minister, yet he is on edge and denies what the Prime Minister choosed for him.
